calls me, says hello a few times then hangs up. I ring back the number and it says it is a disconnected number!!

Scam

When I said I was on the do not call register he said why did I answer the phone. I replied that it appeared to be a local number. I said it would appear that he was calling from India and he admitted it. Told him he was to place our number on his do not call list.

Called and there was static and clanging sounds in the back ground called lasted 10sec. I reckon its a scam.

Called me and didn't leave a message. 'Not connected' message when I called back.

The number called my mobile says hello a few times then hangs up. I ring back the number and it says it is a disconnected number.
