I Have been receiving bills from Telstra and paying for Carl Fords telstra bills These have been sent to my email address at ECU. This person lives at a completely different address to me and quite astonished as to the breach of privacy that you Telstra have in effect been given this address by?
Question If I have been paying Carl Fords Phone bills and my own.. Would this problem been rectified by tracking which account the payment has been made from.
I have been paying both his and my bills via BPay.
I have made several attempts at resolving this issue with members of staff at telstra all of whom say they will return my call and address the issue, they have also attempted to contact Carl Ford with regards to removing his name from my account and my address and most importantly refund me with any bills paid by me by accident for the phone account Mr Ford and his girlfriend currently use.
