Twice daily calls from this number, when I answer there is just silence then busy tone. Sick of it!

I answered and a male with an accent, and clearly in a call centre, referred to me by name and said he was calling about 'the federal government solar rebate'.

I was working and missed this call, so I redialled to hear; the number you have called is not connected! WTF???

Same here. Indian lady "Anna" (sure!) joyfully asked me how I was... Of course I just hung up... :P

Silence when I answered the phone then a hang-up. When I tried to call back I received a "Call could not be connected" message.
