Your experience does not mean the store has bad service. I have been their customer recently and I have recommended them to my other 3 friends who got plan from them and the staffs have been of fantastic help. You should not creep about something if it has gone wrong at your end because there is always 2 sides to a coin. They have helped me to the best they can but they can obviously not go out of their way to help if they cannot.

worse customer service ever . None of the staff take responsibility when I submit a complaint , they are playing games until you give up and just don't want to come back . Would never recommend anyone here , ever
