Sick and tired of this crap....Rubbish product...Annoying so-called follow up calls...THEIVES, ROGUES,to name but a few..These ROBBERES charged me almost $1000 EXTRA for required WORKING AT HEIGHTS gear..Never had any, and asked why? Was told that no-one will see or check..Disgraceful tactics..Company won't take no for an answer..Next step????

Pain in the butt, asked for a quote and they sent a guy that was supposed to be a manager who was drugged out on medication, as we are in a strata he didn't want to quote us until we got strata approval..

made mistake of inviting to home for quote (i never usually do ) at the end of it all when i said well Ive got some other quotes to get thru so thanks for your time , the salesman asked , what did i hope to achieve by getting other quotes ? to which i replied , f*ckING CHEAPER PRICES THAN YOUR OUTRAGEOUS BULLsh*t

I love it when they call, today they had a chat to my answering service for 3 minutes before giving up. It's Lenny, (Google it) sounds just like a real person engaging with the caller. Keep trying suckers.

We had them come out to give us a quote about a year ago the sale guy was rude and pushy he got his boss on the phone didn't tell him he was on loud speaker and laughed at me. I saw RED instantly. I got a crappy hand written quote on a bit of torn paper. Super unprofessional. I made a complaint and I still get calls.
I was quoted 10k for one window I almost fell over, then he stood there and tried to pressure me into committing to it. Will never recommend them to anyone.

Yep...this is Modern Roof/Shutters. Been getting calls from them for I don't know how long.Asked many times to be taken off their call list. They have trouble getting the meaning of no. Very pushy.

Had a roof restoration a number of years ago, and they just keep persisting.
Also, paid a significant amount of money to have working at height apparatus which they never used, and after commenting, was rudely told that they won't bother, because no-one will see......

Modern group keep calling despite I have said I'm not interested many times and asked to remove me from their list. Every time they said they will do that and yet still get their bloody annoying call so often! A company couldn't even keep this simple promise have my doubt in their product & their service after that.

Yes, Modern shutters and roof restoration. We did buy some shutters from them some time ago. The shutters are fine, but the salesmen are high pressure a**holes. I asked for a quote for the roof. Same thing. They wont give a written quote as they want to push you into signing when they come around. I told them if they wont just quote don't bother at all. This didn't phase them. They obviously have a high pressure sales model. I will never deal with them again, and I will tell as many people as I can about their sales tactics.

It is Modern. I have asked to be taken off their list but I get a call every 2-3 months.
