Telemarketers trying to sell charity

After blocking as spam Perth number that called me, on 22 Jan 2023 at 1:48am I saw outgoing calls shown from my own mobile number. It was about 4am when I saw this still ongoing outward call from my own phone but shown as being from 1018. At about 4:30 am, same day, I called it back. It sounded like a business and a nice sounding young female voice advised me to call back later because the person I had called was unavailable. I had been receiving numerous unwanted sales calls from different Australia major cities to sell some scam investment. The voices are typically young foreign eg Asian or Indian etc and usually females. My Telstra plan allows unlimited national calls. They may be using my service and number to make numerous calls to other numbers, at no cost to themselves. Telstra need to get onto this potential service abuse..
