Oz Shutters - beyond 'stalker' type calls and VERY aggressive even after telling them what part of NO they didn't understand!! They should be fined. Can't see that it does their business any good either as bad word spreads quicker than good news, so you aren't doing yourselves ANY favours. If a person says NO, then stop harrassing them!!! If ever we were in the market for roller shutters, your company would not be seeing any of our hard earned dollars just based on your relentless calling tactics. It's a shame that their management doesn't see the comments/complaints on this page!!

I have about 100 call from them on my phone. They cannot take no for an answer

OZSHUT BUZZ OFF>I've been blocking their calls. Even after telling them that I'm not interested and my number is on the "Do not Call" register, they will not stop. I'm frustrated with these guys. One of them even rang me on his mobile because he thought that I was blocking his calls. He was right. He sounded chuffed that he got through. Told him to kindly remove my number. Sent him on his way with his tail between his legs. Obviously that didn't work, as after 2 months of not hearing from them, I got another call this morning. I have a record of all the calls.

I have had a phone call from this number every day of the week apart from Sundays I normally don't answer numbers I don't know but today I answered to see who it was and tell them to stop calling but when I answered all I heard was music and then the person hung up soon after

I brought shutters from this company. Since buying the shutters i get 2 - 3 calls a month minimum even though i have told them I alreadyhave shutters, do not want any more and wish to be removed from their calling list.

OzShut trading as OzShut Roller Doors based in Malaga Western Australia. I'm on the Do not Call Register and these idiots keep calling me even though i have never given them my number and in the past on numerous occasions i have asked them to remove my number from their database. Last time was late last year (2013) to which they said they will remove my number. I placed their number into my phones under "Oz Roller Doors - Ignore" and they have continued to call. Today (13 June 2014) they have called four times before midday. I just checked my Do Not Call Register details to make sure it is still active. It is. At this moment i am in the process of making a complaint to ACMA on the Do Not Call website. Hoping they get fined tens of thousands of dollars as will be the case for such unsolicited and continuing calls to people on the Do Not Call Register. Do yourself and everyone else a favour and file a complaint about these people also. P.S. I always know when they will begin calling me regularly unsolicited, as a few weeks before, there is usually half a dozen clowns walking the streets with clipboards knocking on doors. You can see them looking at all the houses that don't have shutters and making notes. I hate door knockers and cold callers at the best of times, but these slimy weeds are the top of the list when it comes to money grabbing and unlawful door knocking and phone calls.
If the ACMA Do Not Call Register people don't give them a visit and fine them, then i vote for gathering up a posse and take it in turns night after night for 365 days in a row of smashing the crap out of their premise. Mwuh!!!!!!

We have asked oz roller shutters on many occasions to remove us from their contact list but they continue to call. We will never buy from this company due to the constant pestering via phone and at our front door. Beware....

They called and I picked up in reasonable time. No voice or anything else on the other end. We have a private number and we almost never get any calls now.

OZ SHUT you can simply hang uo or abuse them saying never to call you.... they STILL call me!!!! Got the free quote almost signed and decided not too and bang the guys turned into an a**hole!!! Ahhhh this should be illegal!!!!

I am getting 3-4 calls a day from this number. I answered it and said i was not interested they were going to take my numberof call list but have had about 9-10calls since... they wont stop

They call and and call and call, they come to your house, dont understand the word no,they have bean stalking us for 3 years

I have had at least 50 missed calls from this number over the last six months. They've never left an actual voice mail but on occasion it has clicked over and they annoyingly leave the line open for up to 5 mins. I entered a competition in a shopping centre once and ticked the box not to be contacted, unless I won a prize.It should be illegal for them to misuse our information.

I've been receiving calls from these idiots too. But there is a solution for those ONLY getting these calls on an iPhone! For all others.. Sorry, i don't have the answer. Read On!

For those who have an iphone, you are able to block numbers, but there is a catch. Number blocking is handled by software and is inbuilt into iOS7, the latest operation system for the iphone and it will be released mid sept 2013. So update the software (its free) when it comes out.

I know how they get everyone's numbers, they get you to fill out a bogus entry form to "win" roller shutters. These pests have been calling me every month for 2 years & don't get the message that I'm not interested!
