Immediately called it back after missing the call and Optus advised that it was a disconnected number? I suspect that overseas marketing companies have access to lists of disconnected numbers in Australia and are able to mask their actual calling ID with these numbers.

It hangs up, as soon as picked. That is sh*t while I was doing something important, very disruptive.

Have had two calls, also suspect telemarketing. Cannot return call.
