This is all true I stayed here with my husband early in the new year and I could not stay I am not sure who is the cleaner but this is not even half a star. I would not stay here again and will never tell anyone to go here. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE.

i stayed at this motel recently & dealt with a duo of hillbillys , known as the owners ..Siggy &Louise, disgusting
,rude,arrogant thieves!!
this motel is ant & rat infested!
I do not recomend this motel as it is unfit for humans!!

Kerryn was so helpful to us we booked over the Internet and when we got to the Victor City Motel we were so disappointed it was a terrible place I was so upset and I did not want to stay and I wanted a refund, Kerryn was fantastic she gave us a full refund and helped us find a wonderful place to stay in McLaren Vale we enjoyed it so much we wish Kerryn had organized our whole trip in Australia.

We are a nice group of elderly people in a group of 18 staying here and we had been dealing with a lovely girl by the name of Kerryn, she was sorting out an issues we had with payment, we were double charged. N
Then with no answer we went back into the office and got this terrible lady called Louise, who we found out later that she was the owner. We will never go back there again because she is refusing to give our money back, this was our budget for our 3 days away. What terrible business owners.
