I live at 5 Finch Road and do not understand why you allow a known drug addict and criminal to live in the house over the road (No 8 Finch Road). The person living there is dangerous, plays duff duff music all night long and is incredibly cruel to the the dog T-Rex. He sits with a whip like object in his hand encouraging the dog to get into a frezy. I have heard that he has threatened the neighbours and you allow this sort of person to live in a Housing Trust House. I do not understand why. We have a quiet street except for him and the neighbours next door (but that is not Housing Trust). Please do something about it as I am afraid someone will get hurt very soon.
