Automated message from "Nicole from the NBN" stating that our connection will be terminated (have been receiving this call at my work over the last 3-4 months now). The automated message continued on saying if I held the line I would be connected with the nbn technician - one time I decided to hold the line to see what happened and I was connected with an offshore call centre and asked them to remove my number....didn't work though. :/
