Sounded like a really amateurish scammer. Wanted all my private information and ID verification before they would even tell me who they are. Do these scammers think we are morons???

I called back number (08) 8448 0612 spoke to a guy who said I've reached a private company but did not say the name until he verifies who i am.

Kept calling. I was at an appointment and couldn't answer so rejected the call. 27 calls in less than an hour. No message left. If people don't answer, calling back constantly doesn't help. When out of appointment I called back. They said calling from a private company but wouldn't tell me who. Wanted my full name, date of birth, address, email and phone number. I'm not giving that information away when they couldn't even say who they were. I will be blocking this number

Probably like what everyone else says above. If it was a legitimate phone call they would have left a voice mail message saying who it was, but alas, no voicemail left either.

Called, my phone flagged it as potential fraud, so didn't answer, and didn't leave a message. Like others, I believe this is a third party calling for debt collection for credit corp.
