wrong Emily, it wasnt her that scammed a retired man with dementia it was a different Emily.

Always calling about a charity, today was bullying, the other day was rainforrests, sometimes its to do with animals. Changes her name regularly;
Emily Peterson, Ann Fitzgerald, Melanie Peters, just an all out dodgy caller - stupid too because I call her out every time

For dog/cat care charity she claim. I told her our passion is to support medical research for human and have no spare capacity for animal. She start saying she is not asking for ongoing support. For that whatever I said after, she keeps saying look we are not looking for ongoing support… I nicely declined her request and wish her a nice evening and hang up the phone.

Phone didn't ring then get a notification about a missed call? No message left so not returning the call scammer I think

No message left, most likely a scammer. Another number to block

I didn't answer as number not recognized ----- apparently a so called charity it seems.

Automated message that introduces itself as this person. Calls on behalf of multiple Agencies/Foundations including animal or pet welfare, disadvantaged children, abused women and more. Never responds to questions (eg: 'where were you calling from again' or 'does this include abused men?'), except via canned automated responses that don't answer questions.
And, yes every day - sometimes more than once at the oddest of times.
