My family has been buying (and enjoying) your Golden Crumpets now for many years. Nearly every Sunday morning we have them with breakfast, and I just love them with honey (love to watch the butter melt into the holes on top). Anyway, I have never written to companies, but I have to say I don't have any complaints about your product BUT for the last few packets we have opened there are only 5 crumpets in the pack, and believe me, its a dramatic affair when there are three of us fighting over who misses out. Still will keep buying the product, just had to mention it to keep piece in the home.
