When I finally stopped getting incessant calls from this phone/fax number, I tried ringing it and it actually did ring. But then no-one answered (!) even though I hung on until the ringing timed out.

This number is continuously ringing my home landline!
If I answer, of course there's no person on the other end to tell to stop ringing. Grrrr!
