worse place ever beer was merky where the lines were dirty, plates came out dirty and waitress ignored us at one end of table when meals came out saying it was our meal so that the two piece of fish plate got placed in front of the elderly hard of hearing gentlemen at the other end of the table not our sons so when finally the other plate of fish came out it only had one crumbed not the two battered the other gentlemen was now eating! manager response on the fix up we had to take the one fish from the gentlemen plate he hadn't started to eat or charge him for the piece of fish then get son a fresh one as if we going to let them charge elder pensioner for another piece of fish so had to just accept son having to have the fish that had been on someone else plate that they eating off .. the steak was dry and chewy well done not medium rare the diane sauce was sweet and only about three peppers in it for a pub that is way overpriced compared to the other local pubs in the area would have expected nicer chef quality meals and much better service
