Calls my mobile...leaves no message. Finally take the call and find out it is Puratap and they want to do my yearly change of filter. I thought it hadn't been a year and after checking my credit card statements found out they are 2 months early.

This is a deceitful way of getting more business. My advice is to call them when your water tastes and remove from reminder calls. They rely on the fact that you won't remember when you had your last filter installed.....

End of the day the product is good and service guys efficient....business practises are questionable.

If you don't want them to bother you ask them to remove you from their scheduled run & advise you will call as & when required.

A 9pm hang up call is not appreciated. Ring during normal office hours Pura Tap.

Yes it is Puratap. She said they don’t leave messages. She tried some stupid reasons for that and for getting over a month earlier every year. The reality is they get paid when they sign you up so give a couple of rings and then hang up. If you call back they have you.

Continually ring my mobile at all hours-latest one at 8.30pm but do not leave a message. Really, W.T... Finally used this website to find out who owns this number as sooo annoying. So taken the advice from here & Have now blocked Puratap.

keep phoning moble and not leaving message. these phone calls started over two months before filters due for replacing. very annoying. would ring three times a day. finally left a message to say filters need replacing. have had no problems when they do replace the filters. appears to be a good product but their phone calls suck.

STOP calling me puratap. Your product is rubbish and your service is even worse. Now I hate your stupid radio adds.

They called me that much that I saved their number as 'Puratap Don't Answer'. I still got that tired of the harassing calls that I ended up blocking their number on my iPhone. Absolute bliss now. Prior to that it didn't matter how many times I would say 'I'll call you when I'm ready', it didn't stop them. My best advice, if you get harassed on your smartphone, go into your settings and block their number.

Yep, Its 7.40PM and its puridtap.

got me last year with a fixed price cartridge replacement only for me to find they called when my kids were home during the day and left an invoice with an additional repair and service charge ( on a non servicable cartridge.

He He when they get through to me this time they are getting a big no no.

I've had Puratap for over 20 years and I have never been harassed by them. They're a great company and their product is excellent. I don't know which state you whingers are from, but here in SA we have no such problem, infact, I have to call them because my filter change is always overdue.

They ring me on my mobile. First it was weekly, then every 3 days. Then they resorted to sending SMS's. Then ringing & SMS's on the same day. This has been going on for 12 months. I have told them I will contact them when I am ready to get my filter changed. They continue to harrass me. I blocked them on my phone but they still try to ring. They have even resorted to ringing from a mobile no. Im over the harassment.

They didnt leave a message so hence this search to find out who they are. I have since stopped using them as I have had a new system connected to my main cold water tap , costs the same & you can change it yourself when needed & you dont have another separate tap. I will definitely be contacting them to stop the calls.

Sick to death of Purataps constant harassing calls... I’ve just ripped the tap off the sink & it’s now in the trash..I’d rather drink tap water than deal with your pathetic company

They are constantly phoning me and do not leave messages.
My filters are not ready to be changed and when they are I will ring them.

Sick of being harassed by Puratap. They ring day, night and weekends leaving no message. I live on my own and only use it for drinking water. Surely the filers don't need changing every twelve months. If they do, must be poor quality filters they use at a premium price.

Pure Bloody Tap ugh! I have rang before and said not interested I cancelled 4 and a half years ago and still ringing How many times do you tell someone your NOT INTERESTED PURA CRAP
