Someone babbling not making sense, i called back to hear a guy mumbling not answering my questions just pulling me along his way. i asked his name and he pretends he is old and can't hear one word yet he made the first call. Sounded very much like a prank call thought it was one of dads mates but wasn't. i notice their is six older records found on that number.
