I recently called & spoke with Brenton in regards to receiving information via email for a problem that we have with our Safe, I changed the batteries today & now its functioning but requires me to enter a code & it doesnt accept our usual code? It wont operate properly at the moment & Im hoping that you can send the relevant documentation by email to me asap pls?
