Accident call centre. SCAM. Do not give any details.

This number came up when someone called from “The Accident Notification Centre” - i.e. a scam!! - and I told them so too. Obviously the displayed number is a fake. These people are unbelievable.

We are at home and this number calls us that we had a car accident. Scammers.

These people call and hang up when I answer. Went to do it back to them and I found the number is not in service.

First of all told me I had been in an accident, then asked me if I had been involved in an accident in the last twelve months. I said no, then he said he was very sorry and hung up.

the caller said I had been involved in an accident which was not my fault. Caller said he was from the vehicle accident centre. I asked him to give me more information as I knew this was a scam and of course he hung up!!

I’ve received many calls from these low-lives. I said: “You should think very carefully about what you’re doing. Your cruel scam is upsetting a lot of people” - though of course she swiftly hung up on me! Honestly...

I’m glad I missed their calls twice as I was actually in a car accident a month ago and may have given out my details without realising, so thank you for leaving your complaints and saving me from a scam :) I tried calling the number back and it said disconnected. Funny that ;) haha

Several calls recently to my land line,recognised it to be a scam, hung up, we are on the no call register !

They said this is in regards to a vehicle accident claim involving my business. When I asked him to identify his name, his company name, ABN ACN and web site, he paused and sais Sorry I think I have got a wrong number.

Lot of back ground noise as if there are at least 100 people making such calls !!!

Same old accident scam - just new number. About time this was stopped!!!

Some crap about my car being involved in an accident

From the above stating that I had a road accident within the last 12 months and not my fault. Said they are from PoliceTraffic Department. Having been member of VicPol knew this was a scam. 20 minutes later got another call from them from different operator and sounded like an Indian Call Centre. Could hear all in the background. Be careful, told them I was a cop and they hung up quickly
