Legit. But unsolicited. Again.
I’ve asked them to stop calling me 7 times now. I told them I don’t want pet insurance anymore.
I was with Bupa. But they kept putting my premium up. I’ve since discovered it’s because it’s unregulated unlike human insurance. So they can do what they want.
When I asked why if I was a new customer (I did a quote on their site) I would be charged $488 per year compared to what they wanted to renew me as ($961 per year), no one would give me a legitimate reason.
Pet insurance is a scam. Rather put your premium money towards a fund you can access if your pet needs vet treatment. You will save a LOT.
