Hello
The storm drain outside my house is sticking out about a inch and a half and the other week my dad caught his wheel on it and as a result his tyre has a slit in it and when down in 15 seconds i need to get a new one and to get the storm drain fixed so this doesn't happen again. i am writting to you because i have already spoken to the council and they said it was your problem.
