I write this post with great disappointment! recently I placed my land with LJ Hooker so one of your sales representatives could sell the land for me (thus benefiting them and my self) the land was with the sales representative Chris Dobson for many months, and NO SALE WAS MADE!. on my behalf i was making all the payments required on time and was a very respectful and lenient customer. However, not long ago when I CONTACTED Chris Dobson to discuss the land and what has happened? he replied aggressively, rudely and impulsively, stating that my land is garbage and its MY FAULT that i gave him such a trash land to sell. I attempted to explain calmly that he was neglectful and he didn't take care of the land, he delivered extremely poor customer service, hardly called me to notify me of anything, and left the sales sign laying flat on the floor for over a month thus customers wouldn't be able to see that the land is for sale! he was rude and continued to say that its my fault and hung up the phone whilst i was still communicating or more accurately TRYING to communicate on top of his disgusting language and customer service. ANYHOW I AM IMMENSELY put off by this unbelievably vulgar customer service and will never recommend people to your organisation nor will i or any of my family members have future business with LJ Hooker.
