Receiving calls once per day over almost 2 weeks. First call, person tried to sell Solar. Advised not interested and now they call every day and say nothing.

Husband answered and said "yes" to being the home owner. I never say yes as they twist it around, making out like you agreed. We are also on the Do Not Call Register. Speaks volumes that most of these complaints are from people with silent number or on the register.

been call 8 times or more about the solar crap and now they say they advising me or something i told them i don't want it and they kept saying we not selling anything today they called again and at 8pm and i told them they are disturbing me and i wasn't interested in what they are selling or telling me and they go on saying we advising u about gov rebate on solar panels well dah i know there is but not interested... but they wouldn't stop calling and talking bull sh*t when i kept saying i'm not interested. the guy sounds like an Indian so wouldn't be surprised that it was a scam but how they know who i am and where i live think the phone company gotta stop this register stuff to many scammers calling me

I looked this number up as they rang us, knew our surname, but hung up when hubby tried to ask them who they were. We are also on a do not call list. Why aren't these people shut down? They've clearly been making nuisance calls for a while.

Same as Dropbear's experience - I told the Indian bloke to take me off their list and he slammed the phone down.

Would you believe the bloke from the call centre told me to go a F myself. I asked him what that means??

Calling multiple times week over several weeks. Indian call center. When asked where they are calling
from they said "Green Solutions". When asked what city are they based, they
said "Melbourne". We are on Do Not Call List. Reported to ACMA

Hangs up immediately when challenged.

I have just moved house and supposedly have a brand new silent phone number. Only 3 days with my new number and I am receiving nuisance calls every evening from this number from someone with an Indian accent who hang ups after a short while. Not sure where they got my number from, but it is getting a bit much every evening. I am ignoring the calls now when this number pops up.

Beware of this number and the people behind it. I's a fraud

I have received a number of missed calls from this number over the past cuppla weeks. I was home today to answer the call and just like Grahame, the salesperson was working for our "government" and aksed if I had solar panels? When I said "Yes", she asked whether electricity or hot water. I said "both" (which is true) and she thanked me for my time and hung up.

I'm guessing there drumming up business for the government rebates by selling you a photovoltaic or hot water system, or both.

.....I'm also on the "Do Not Call" register :-(

The pause that occurs when ya answer the phone is caused by an automatic dialling system. When you answer the phone, a delay occurs as the system connects you through to a seller, or should I say "government official".

We have had about 10 of these calls in a week. We have a list of numbers that come up on our caller ID, it goes to the home message and no message is left.
We also have a lot of private calls but no one is on the end, just background noise.

Indian Male called asked for Mrs .... I am not married. Told them they had the wrong number. There is no "Mrs" here. Hung Up.

Typical "dead air" on answer, then the Indian call centre chap begins - hung up on him.

Call from this number. Stated not a SALES call but stated they were working for the government and wanted to know if you had solar panels.
WHY! They already know who has panels and who do not have them.
From the voice it appears like a SCAM call.
I tried calling back and got busy.
Do NOT give any information at all to them. I did not.
