I sent an email to legal @ craftmatic.com.au

requesting that they stop calling me and confirm my details have been removed from there database. Will wait and see if the calls continue... .

I contacted Today Tonight about these scammers. They want to do a program on this, but I am unable to do it. They can't do a story unless people contact them - obviously, the more the better. Ask for Damien. Contact the show!!!!

I've had repeated calls for the past two weeks. I answered one and heard a whole heap of noise and no talking, the phone call only lasted about 5 seconds if that. I have no idea how this company got my details. However, I now have a personal policy, if they don't contact me via email or if I don't have their number in my phone. I don't answer. Only if I know that I am expecting a number to come up from a certain area code, then I answer.

Craftmatic tip for a good nights sleep, unhook your phone at night so we cannot ring you.

I just called craftmatic back on the number supplied in their website after receiving 5 or more phone calls from them a day. I advised them that I worked in the legal industry (which I do) and threatened them with legal action. I have never heard anyone sh*t themselves over the phone before so that was something new ! Anyway if you google the company you will see they are Dodgy Bros Inc and if you do speak with them just threaten legal action and they will remove you from the database. In any event I still have absolutely no idea how they got my contact details to begin with!

This number called my broadband modem 6 times, leaving a voice message the first time. The modem CANNOT be used to make calls! I can't even listen to the voice message!

2 to 3 calls everyday for 3 weeks now! Very annoying. Can't change number. Still 6 months left on my phone contract.

Sick and tired of receiving 3 + calls per day from this number..I now just decline the call...

Calling multiple times daily, I need to figure out how to stop it

I have been getting calls from this number to my mobile....Since the beginning of May....

The ring for only a couple of rings....and hang up......I am on the NO CALL REGISTER.....i want this to finish.

they call 4 or 5 times a day sometimes never less than 3. i know they always call around the quarter hours as shifts change so i just don't answer.

so sick of there people calling me constantly. I have talked to them once where they wanted to set up a demo for me in adelaide. I live in Victoria! I told them not to call me ever again and since then i get at least 4 calls a day where they ring for like two rings then hang up. I'm on do not call register and made a complaint!

I Have been receiving calls from this number on a daily basis. Every time I answer there is nothing but silence and then I get hung up on. What can I do about this?

The company is Craftmatic beds - http://craftmatic.com.au - after about 30 calls of the hang ups everyone else has experienced I called back and got thru to an actual person - Liz. She said to call them and ask where they got my number - 1800 886 168. They said online surveys - which is not possible - I demanded they remove me and said it would take up to 4 days to update their system. I am listed on the Do Not Call register and am making a complaint to the ACMA - https://www.donotcall.gov.au/

These calls are driving me crazy.... They ring a couple of times a week, sometimes they speak and sometimes don't say anything and hang up on me in few seconds... Selling stuff not intrested, Indian accent.

This number has been been calling me at times 3-4 times per day. They ring for 3-4 rings then hangup. At times there may be a few days between calls but on the days they do call, it is multiple times. I have added a contact name to this number on my iPhone; "Rack Off"

I work night shift, so i sleep during the day and that number has called me at around the same time every day. ITS F**KING ANNOYING. Who do we complain to.. seriously??
