Caller: woman, foreign accent, good english

Claiming to be from " National Do not call register". Says that they can block unwanted calls for remainder of my lifetime but was somewhat evasive.
Also stated she was at 821 Pacific Highway, NSW.
Asked that she should tell me something about the company to which she replied that she could not do so. I told her that they wanted all my info but it seemed a 1 way exchange, hence I didnot trust her. She terminated call abruptly.

An Indian sounding man claimed to be someone from the phone blocking service provider that is blocking incoming calls to our home phone.
