I returned the call and a recorded message informed me they were Action Market Research and if I had any questions or wished to participate in their research to call 1800 077 789. It appears being on the Do Not Call Register doesn't matter to some companies. Thank goodness for Caller ID

Caller: Poorly spoken female with deep voice

Wanted me to participate in a 2 hr survey about solar scheme for $150 cash. As soon as I heard cash I said I was not interested and she hung up quickly.

The call rang for 1 second and left a voicemail which I did not check. I am assuming it is the same telemarketer as above - thanks all.
