My wife and I ordered glasses from them Sat 9 March 2013 and was told that they would be ready 21 March, which is a long wait.
We just received a telephone call from them informing us that the glasses will not be ready and that they would ring us when they are.
These kind of delay is not acceptable for doing business in Australia, for the prices they charge. You can get glasses from the Internet much cheaper and much more dependable turnarround.
I think the Australian public should know about this.
