Caller: An Asian accent, Female

Told me her Company had chosen me for a new mobile phone. My reply obviously alerted her to the fact that I wasn't really interested. Asked, "Don't you want a new mobile phone?" I replied that I didn't thankyou. She just said "OK" and rang off.

Caller: Telephone Company

Spam Call. Called me, then called again immediately when I didn't answer the first time. I figured it must be someone I knew, but when I answered it was a female speaking in an Asian accent. She started to tell me she was from a phone company (began with a "T'", not my phone company) so I hung up. Number reported and blocked.

called with the "you have been selected for a new phone" . I missed the initial call but called back (i do know some people in Adelaide) .

Miraculously they answered an started their spiel. i said"do you enjoy scamming people, where are you calling from" to witch i heard in the background another person say"how does he know, what does he know".
I called back a few times over the course of 10 minutes if nothing else to tie up the number. When they answered again I asked "is this fun" , they called me a donkey and I laughed.

Didn’t reply, just silence.

Spam call tried to call back and it was uncontactable.

Didn't answer phone as was busy. Have never been called by this number before.

Likely scammers, waste their time if they call you

Number came up as "Potential Fraud". No message left. Block & Delete.

I answered the call but there was no reply. Hung up and then checked this webpage and saw all the other posts. Have blocked caller.

Its number mention above about a mobile plan that you apparently rung up about and they were going to send it out claims to be a legitimate company in South Australia when asked for Australian business number Is not willing to supply it which leads to suspicions that it is a scam otherwise you would be willing to offer your business number to check to see if it's legitimate

What is the point of the ‘Do Not Call’ register. Why are there still unsolicited calls and so many people on news sites who have been ripped off.

Rang my mobile number and I did answer it . Was silence the dropped out. 😔

Man answered (Asian speaking) from ctp mobile. (Sounded like he was reading a script asked how I am. And responded as if I had answered the question.
