This is s scammer as it has Indian accents. I don’t think ATO hires Indian to chase people for tax frauds.

Fake tax fraud robo call threatening legal action

Caller: Legal Department of Australian Taxation Office

I use an accountant and the Tax Office would not call me directly. They would contact me via the accountant or by mail. Pretty sure it is a scam. I did not answer the call and they left a message. "Hi this call is from Legal Department of Australian Taxation Office. This is in ref."

Robotic voice message from "The Australian Taxation Criminal..." then it cut out. Geez, these scammers can't even do a proper threatening voice mail.
