I also received calls from this number and it's a Travel Agent enquiring about booking in my Guest House.  Nothing untoward at all.   Very nice people in fact.  I would guess the number is a premicell in which case one wouldn't be able to call it back. Make sense ?

What a charming way of answering customers, no? Very well done, ABSA Rewards.  This is exactly what is wrong with customer service in this country.  While I agree that the call centre agents are only doing their job, there is a fine line between doing your job competently and harassing someone four times a day, every single day of the week.Just an FYI - if a customer has opted out, it is against the law to continue contacting them, and should this continue, serious steps will be taken in this regards - oh, and ABSA Rewards, consider yourself reported for your "wonderful" sense of customer service.

Hi you posted a comment that this is a ABSA call centre number (08) 7350 1518) if that is the case why am I now a year later getting calls from this number for totally different matter ? What do you know that the rest of us do not know ?I do not suggest that you call people idiots without justification also why do you not say what your name is, what are you hiding ???
