I picked up on the third call... there was ringing (as if I had called them) and someone said hello... I answered and they hung up straight away. Sorry - I don't care if it is Optus or not, making multiple calls at the same time and hanging up on people who aren't the first to answer is illegal/ WRONG!!! Optus has messed me around ENOUGH over the time I've been with them... every time I extend my contract/ port my number I have to fight with them to get what they told me I could have! I'm so sick of it!
