These people are aholes. I have them on my block filter. Look at how many times they called! All of those calls thankfully didn't get through! :-)))

Really, really rude and aggressive!! Don't even say hello, nothing but "the business owner?" then hung straight up on me when i asked who they were. So frustrating!

they just rang me and offered me a reduction, so I said I didnt want a reduction as I am happy to pay more to telstra...they then hung up...lol

Rang my business number and asked for the business owner. I asked where they were calling from and got the company line. I asked them to remove our call details from their call database as we weren't interested in receiving calls, plus all of our amenities are handled by our head office in Brisbane... then the jerk off threatened to cut off our phone line! When I laughed he hung up. I tried calling the number back and get one ring then a message machine. EXTREMELY rude and aggressive, scamming and wasting peoples time!!

Phil, your name, business name and ABN are on a public data base - go to ABN Lookup and you will see that all details are there except your exact address, only the suburb. It is then an easy search to find the exact address - via your LinkedIn profile or other online profiles or even the electoral role. There are also companies whose business it is to collect your personal data. Every time you change your details with your bank, your insurance company, some Government Departments, sign up for a frequent flyer, flybuys etc, they either sell or pass on your details to these database companies. These companies then sell your details to anyone with the money to buy it. It is not necessarily your phone company doing it.

Zoom Telecomm - had access to my name, business name, my ABN and address. TELSTRA what the f#$! are you doing allowing these details to be accessible to them?

They have been ringing me for weeks. The are very aggressive and very annoying. After they kept hanging up when I told them I wasn't the owner, I finally told them I was the owner. Zoom Telecom is what I think they said they were. I asked if the call was being recorded and told them to make sure the recording is kept while I say "don't call me again, I don't want to change my telephone provider". Here's hoping they don't ring back. Who can I report them to?
So ridiculous to ask for the business owner all them time. They will never get them, we manage the business on their behalf. They are in China and will never be answering the phone!

Asked which company he was ringing from couldn't understand YES person very angry/aggressive on phone ........Asked 'are you the owner of the business .......... said yes to spin him along .......let him read his prepared speech for a while then put him on hold till he got tied of waiting and hung up.

Really rude, don't even bother to say who they are or where they're calling from. And when you say you aren't the owner of the business they hang up in your face!
