A fictional charge. 100% scam

Scammers. Claiming to be eBay support team.
I let it ring out, then called back and put it on mute so they couldn't hear abything. Repeated this till they wouldnt answer my calls anymore.

Caller: Fake eBay customer support

eBay customer support telling me that someone in Beijing has created an ebay account and linked it to my paypal account. Steps to recover the situation were to...download their app. At that point I told them that that is an obvious scam move and they then hung up.

Just had a message left on my phone from this number. Another scam. Am going to report it.

Robo call sounded like a talking text, saying I was going to be charged $249.99. Call showed up as coming from Adelaide, South Australia. I called my bank, no concerns. Blocked the number.

Scammers saying $249.99 has been deducted from my account.

Received an automated message on my voicemail (27 Jan 2021, 5.38pm QLD time). Message about a supposed $249.99 purchase on Ebay, the message repeated for as long as voicemail allowed. Blocked this number.

Same as above, as I know I didn't spend that kind of money on anything and I didn't echinoderms the number so I didn't answer it

having got any thing purchased on ebay

I just got the call for the same amount, I called back i got some indian guy he asked for my name,when I said you don't need it he hung up.so I rang a second time I got different indian guy same thing happened definitely a scam I reported the number on my phone.
