Got a scam text message from 0411 478 951 regarding $3969.00 for Canon EOS R6 Camera at Amazon successful, to call (08) 7200 0751 to dispute the purchase.

Received scam text from 0402 347 495 “Your order Canon E0S R6 HD Camera for $2199.99 Success at AMAZ0N#501214651RT on 2O21-O5-O8, Contact Us on (08) 7200 0751 if any query.”

Another one of these scams, needing to phone this number - this time from 0421 054 964

I got the same message from this number stating I bought a camera for $3299. Asking me to call them to confirm. I am ignoring it. The police should catch these bad guys

Scam regarding camera charge

Received the same message as others regarding purchase of camera. The message came from 0411 392 006 but the helpline number in the message was (08) 7200 0751. Checked my bank account details to make sure that no money was missing. Won't call them.

Fake Amazon scam about $2199.99 camera that has been ordered

Text message received advising re order, and that I had paid $2199.99 for a camera and that the payment was successful - looked up number and saw all this information - thanks guys for reporting it

Message received advising re order and that i had paid $2199.99 for a camera and to call if an issue. This is a scam but i called back .An indian guy said it was amazon customer care centre and without any further information he said hold on i will check your account . Please give me the OTP that you received. Isaid why should i give you an OTP, that should never be shared and he dropped the phone

I just got the same message - can the police or any agency not trace the source
