I called back number (08) 7184 1830 reached voice mail of a guy for a wine company called Pikes Wines.

I think its a wine telemarketer who Pikes contract. If you call back you will ALWAYS get a recorded message. I get calls from very, very similar numbers and they're claiming to represent various wineries (Pikes, Peter Lehman, Wirra Wirra -lost count)
