Caller: Unknown/nameless debt collection agency

Comes from an unknown/nameless debt collection agency for a person that has used my number on his financial records instead of his own. This agency appears to buy other people's debts from companies, in order take on that debt, and to pursue the debtor, and collect for themselves.
