if you participate in online comps, win an ipad, win a holiday etc, read the fine print. they usually say that your details will be shared with their sponsors. whether any one actually wins anything is debateable, but they have your details to pass on to to other companies. you have been scammed|

One of many interstate numbers calling me these days. 1-2 calls per day.

The funny thing is, I have answered calls like these, they just hang up in your ear, you call back and then they try to sell you insurance. Just going to add them to the long line of blacklisted numbers. I must find out what survey I filled in to have them call me.

They told me they were a referal company called 24/7

It's from legit companies that you have given your number to, the sell your info to others, hence you get calls from companies you have never heard of. Shouldn't be allowed.

Got a call from this numba (08) 7123 2602. Didnt answer it. Ive had several calls from this numba in the past, but havnt answered 1 of them. Thanx for the heads up u guys, now i i know its not a legit numba.

On the insurence line website you can email them to opt out of telemarketing calls. I just did it, hope it works. :-)

I receive at least 2 calls a day on different ending digits and blocked them. The digits end in 532, 592 as well as 602, . Once I answered it and they said they were offering funeral insurance....does my head in

I have had 6 calls in 12 hours from this number plus (08) 7140 0013 and (08) 7070 2532!! I never answer and will be putting all 3 on my auto reject list! So fed up with the harassment how are they allowed to do it?

I hang up and saved the numbers and blocked them up in my mobile.

recieved a call from a man with a english or irish accent, claiming to be from E2E or End 2 End who are the australian call centre on behalf of Insurance Line.

Their script is full of crap. i ask him who the parent company of E2E and Insurance Line was and he said he didnt know, i said i will wait while he finds out. He hung up the phone.

if they call you make sure you waste their time as much as they waste yours.

Have traced individual operators & will deal with them one by one.

Just had 0810245687 try to call claiming to be from Orion selling funeral insurance

I checked Orians website and they have a scam alert on there.

Have also had 247 and EMS all calling to sell funeral insurance. When you call back the number it is disconnected or extension is not available. Not sure if Orian and these other numbers are related for sure, but have had all numbers called me within one week.

Called twice and didn't say anything for the 10second duration of the call- called the number back in case it was a potential employer calling - goes onto saying that the extension cannot be answered, msg bank is full and they hung up.
