It's "Spin Palace", an online gambling company. They call you if you signed up for their software with offers and promos. You should be able to opt out on their website.

i called (08) 7123 0042 back but there was no answer and no voicemail. I got unavailable tone after few rings.

Call centre for gambling sites such as spin city, I get calls and texts every day, tried opting out and unsubscribing and blocking numbers but it doesn't work, tried being nice and rude but they just don't listen... now I don't answer any number I don't recognise and just delete texts...

received called but i dint answer. No voicemail was left and after few minutes i received call from no called ID so definitely some marketing company.
