I have Telstra's CALLER ID & recognized their number, +plus I always wait for a voicemail message & they hung up... persistent "bogus" caller ! Wish they'd take a long walk off a short pier ! ! !

They rang and said that they were from Telstra, I know they are not and told them so, they said there were problems with my computer, I said "There is nothing wrong with my computer". The voice said "How would you know, you are not a Technician". I said "that's all you know, now go and get an honest job" and I hung up.

Very persistent. Ring everyday. Don't leave messages. Don't identify themselves.

Classic 'we're from Telstra and we've detected problems with your computer'. Hang up ASAP. My mum fell for it, gave them remote access to her comp and they shut it down, then demanded money to unlock it. A factory reset was required to get around the lock-out.

Nobody spoke when I answered but it took a while to hang up. Seemed like a random dial but they rang back twice later in the day. Blocked.
