Now they're pretending they're from the NBN and I'm having problems with my internet. Didn't seem to understand the concept that If I'm not having any problems with my internet how can they tell me that I am? Scam

Caller: Prerecorded female voice or computer generated one making out they were from Visa. The message stated we had two Visa card purchases which ("Visa" (08) 7100 1012). thought were suspicious. They asked if these transactions were genuine and did we won't the transactions to go ahead. Can't remember the other options but I smelt a bad Phish and hung up. I'm pretty certain they were after my credit card details and maybe more.

Caller: Amazon Scam call from Amazon asking me to pay for the iPhone 11 I have ordered. I haven’t ordered anything from Amazon. It’s my eighth call today from various numbers both within and outside of Australia all claiming to be from Amazon asking me for payment. This is an example of why I dont answer my phone and let everything go to voicemail and if it is a legit call then I call them back. But it’s very annoying that telco’s have allowed these calls to occur and that consumers have to go to the lengths of not answering phone calls and letting voicemail to screen all calls first.

Caller: Claiming to be Telstra Scam call claiming to be from Telstra Technical department about my Telstra Internet connection, of which I have no such service. When I stated "I beleive you are a scammer as I have no such service" they instantly hung up. Very delayed line, and very busy call centre, most likely from India due to the very recognisable accent.
