I have some fun when the scammers call just like they did from this number last night. I tell them that it was my son who had the accident, then I put on an infant's voice asking the scammer if they were my mummy/daddy and I keep asking the same question. While they're talking to me, I know they won't be scamming anyone else during that time.

Pre recorded message saying they were from Amazon and that they would charge my credit card $499.00 if I didn't press 1 and speak to them. I waited until a woman answered and scream at her all of my COVID frustrations and then hung up on her when she tried to speak. I then blocked the number. I have reported to Scamwatch. It was actually pretty cathartic.

Unreal how many calls you get like that a day. Pure numbers game until they scam someone.
