Obviously Scam saying there was problem with my internet and all that to upload some software to my computer. Hung up on them then they called me from 0479 654 263 and when I answered they said why did you hang up on us and I hung up again.

No message but they have called the office twice so far today and don't say anything on the other end and once you have done your phone greeting they then hang up

Telstra Technical Support Scam, Bloody Pests

Caller: Allegedly Telstra!

I made the mistake of answering this one! Super noisy call centre background, then a bloke with a very strong accent said something, but the only word I could understand was TELSTRA. I ended the call and have added this number to our ‘do not answer’ numbers on landline & mobile phones.

When questioned who from telstra. they hung up quickly

no sure this is, keeps ringing landline and never leave a message.
