Do these people have a life? They are a nuisance, and in the space of half an hour, this number has called us 6 times.

They just ring (Couple of ring tones only) no time to answer, then they hang up leave no message, So I'm glad I found out on this site that they are waste of time.

Keep getting calls from this number to my mobile. Thanks to all others who complained - I have now saved the number as "SPAM do not answer" so when I see the call I just let it ring out. The call hangs up before I get to answer so I have never spoken to anyone and when I ring back no one answers.

Got a call from these jokers - our area must be the target area now. When we answered just got a lot of clicks so hung up. Wish these scammers would pack it in and disappear. They are an almighty nuisance.

Rings & hangs up. When you call back it is some prostrate mob trying to scam money via a recorded message. Then they hang up.

Another caller who hangs up once the answering machine kicks in - a nuisance Spam call.

I answered this number and he said he was from a prostate and breast cancer foundation and they were selling tickets to an art union. I was going to buy tickets but he said they sold them in bundles(they were $2.00 each). I told him I could afford $10.00 at the moment and he said no - the minimum was $24.00 and that was the end of the call - all interest gone!

Put in your contacts as 'Dont answer' so by the odd chance when it calls again,you know its nothing important.

Whoever is in cotrol of this number will never get a cent out of me.They continually harrass me.

08 is a wa prefix as their numbers are either 089X XXXX or 086XXX XXXX - but yeah i get these missed calls too.

Caller ID is a marvellous idea. Any number with an 8 in the first four digits doesn't get answered at my place. Give up and go elswhere people.

Next time this number calls, pick up and tell the person at the other end, that's if there is someone, that you are screening calls and will not pick up unless a message is left. Also request that your number be removed from their list. It may also be a good idea that if donations are being sought to say you are not, or no longer, prepared to give banking details over the phone.

When I rang back a missed call from this number there was a message that it was a fund raising call from the Prostate and Breast Cancer clinic.
