Legitimate caller. Fire Alarm Monitoring Services (part of Chubb security) contracted by DFES to monitor Fire Information Panels with Code Red (Direct Brigade Alarm). If you have a fire panel at your work and they call with a fault, check it out. If they call with an alarm, your workplace is probably on fire!

I feel best course of action is to mention youneed to put them on hold for a sec, so they either hold or hang up. Keep them on ho,d for five minutes. Blow their kpi. You may soon be off their list after a couple of these!

I called back number (08) 6399 2100 reached voice mail but did not say for what company.
