Caller: Foreigner

Indian man with an Aussie name rang from Telstra in an Indian call centre. I picked he was bullsh*t straight away because he called me some name I've never heard of. He topped it off by calling me an Effing idiot then he hung up on me.

Caller: Scammers

Scam/spam call pretending to be from a Perth number.

Told me my credit card had an unauthorized transaction for the purchase of Bitcoin 10/01/24

Said they were calling about my Telstra internet. Thick Indian accent, hard to understand. Told them I would be reporting the number and was told to go ahead.

Just picked up and automatically line cut…

I answered "Hello". No response so I hung up 16:20 on 20/12/2023
