Another scammer about a bogus accident.

These people are very rude they harass you for details refuse to give company name and seek to have access to personal details associated with phone numbers they call. Personally I would like to lodge a formal complaint to have them investigated as this is a perth Western Australia number. Whose exploitation of peoples personal details seems to be rife. Disgusting.

Another scammer. One every day. Getting sick of blocking these numbers!

This is a 'claims' call re an accident and especially at this time when people may be expecting medical calls is rather distressing. It should be Banned .

I will report this caller to the ombudsman and link to this site too.

Caller: accident scammer calls like this one

I like to reply, "oh my goodness! I had an accident? I hope I'm alright! Did I survive? Am I alive? Did I go to heaven? How did it happen! Do tell!" and they usually hang up on me. ha ha

I dont drive...as I cant....even walk....

Call me EVERY couple days i nevwr answer says its from Perth W.A ...

This could really scare someone who HAS had a car accident or an elderly or young driver. Luckily I haven’t, so knew it was a scam He called me a liar as I had pressed ‘1’.

Called. Had a Australian voice saying she was from the claims department. No Co. mentioned. Hung up and blocked.

I asked what was the registration, make, model and year of vehicles involved in accident? Couldn't answer me just tried to keep talking. So I asked for the nearest cross road and main road the accident took place? Name of the people involved in this supposed accident. They hung up.

Liam was very helpful until I called him a scammer, after that his attitude was 'not very pleasant'.
He isn't too bright though, we have spoken on 4 separate occasions within 8 weeks all with the same outcome so whoever he is buying his phone list from has given him a dud.
You'd think with the all the effort he goes to that it would be easier to just get a normal job!

Just received a call now saying it was Amanda from the Claims Team. This dude with an Irish accent by the name of Liam came on and said he was from CTP, and then said they were not an issuance company, and they must have dialed me by mistake. I then said they he was a scammer, and he stated that they were not and they have had the Federal Police and other Police investigate them and they are legit.
