Not from China. Maybe Ellenbrook or a swag of other areas in Perth where the 6 prefix has replaced the 9 to accommodate more numbers.

Definite scumbags trying to steal from hard working Australians.

That's unfair. A lot of Perth numbers start with 086.

my landline phone shows "overseas" with this caller. I have not answered it.
