Caller doesn't leave a voicemail. Just silence for around 20-30secs then hangs up!

Calls me several times a day, sometimes minutes apart, sometimes after 10pm or before 8am! Initially I answered but got silence. Obviously they get commission on number of calls made!!!

(08) 6313 2833 - called but i was routed to an automated thing saying i've reached DNB. I was put on hold for two minutes, waiting for a consultant to take my call.
