Tsa telstra telco group ringing up about products and services. So annoying you answer the phone and no one talks

Have rang around 10 times in the last week.
Have gone to my local telstra store and they have confirmed with me that it is not them calling and that it is a scam pretending to be telstra.

Called and they kept repeating "Hello" and then hung up

Called back says its disconnected
